Toddler Teachers and Support Teachers

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards - Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for all students - Provide individualized instruction and support to meet the diverse needs of students - Utilize effective behavior management strategies to promote positive classroom behavior - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs - Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed - Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and progress - Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning Skills: - Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Experience in behavior management techniques - Familiarity with special education and early intervention strategies - Ability to engage and connect with children on an individual level - Proficient in lesson planning and curriculum development - Knowledge of math concepts suitable for young learners - Experience in daycare or preschool settings is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Schedule: Monday - Friday We offer competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
