The Outer features: Zip front with storm flap, pit zips, zip chest pocket, R&L zippered side pockets, elastic adjustable Velcro cuffs, cuffs with thumb hole storm hand covers.
Inside jacket features: R&L inside pockets one zip pocket on right with headphone slot and one regular slash pocket on left side.
Adjustable snap back powder skirt, Right & Left Draw cords / toggles adjustable hem, wire brim hood/hoodie.
It measures from pit to end of cuff app.
