Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Support Associate – Bozzuto’s Inc.
As part of Bozzuto's Customer Support team, you will be responsible for the following:
• Provide a high level of customer satisfaction for all Customer Support matters including timely follow-up and documentation to ensure appropriate problem/issue resolution.
• Act as a liaison between our retailers/customers and all departments within the Company.
• Enter orders and other data accurately.

• Excellent keyboard, math, and computer skills including Microsoft Outlook/Word.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, telephone, and written.
• The ability to be flexible and adapt easily to change.
• Retail, wholesale, restaurant, or call center experience is a plus!
• A High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
You must be able to operate a variety of office equipment including computers, printers, fax machines, and telephones.
Physical demand requirements are those that are primarily sedentary.
Must be available to work Saturdays.
Must speak/understand Spanish.
Schedule: 7 am-3:30 pm- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Training Schedule for first 3 weeks: 8:30 am-5 pm- Monday-Friday
