*Essential Job Functions:*
* *Patient Documentation: *Record and maintain comprehensive patient progress notes in both paper charts and electronic medical records (EMR).
* *Medication Inventory:* Assist the physician, practitioner, and manager in maintaining accurate medication inventory procedures.
* *Clinical Duties: *Provide patient care by obtaining vital signs, administering intramuscular (IM) injections, conducting urinalysis, performing EKGs, assessing body composition, and conducting phlebotomy.
* *Administrative Responsibilities: *Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including answering telephones, scheduling patient appointments, and organizing and filing medical records.
* *Inventory Management: *Responsible for monitoring daily inventory levels of all clinical supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized clinical environment.
* *Training: *Assist in training additional staff members on daily procedures when requested by the office manager and/or physician.
* *Marketing Support: *Participate in clinic marketing efforts and provide ongoing support to promote clinic profitability and success.
*Requirements:*
* Degree and license requirements specific to the state in which you work.
* Motivational counseling and advising skills.
* Proficiency in multitasking, critical thinking, and providing the highest level of customer service.
* Strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
* Ability to work effectively as part of the clinic team and within the corporate structure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
*Preferences:*
* Two years of experience in phlebotomy.

* *Friday:* 6:30 am to 2:00 pm (Trumbull) - 7.

* *Saturday:* 6:30 am to 1:00 pm (Trumbull) - 6.

*Total Weekly Hours:* 37.
