*Role Description*
This is a full-time on-site role located in Oxford, CT for a Client Service Specialist.
The Client
Service Specialist will be responsible for answering client inquiries via phone and e-mail.
Client service, problem resolution and fielding to advisors.
They will also work closely with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and improve overall client experience.
*Qualifications*
* Obtaining information from clients to answer their questions or setting appointments with their advisors.
* Keep records of client interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, as well as actions taken.
* Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
* Maintain Records, Reports or Files.
* Prepare Reports for future meetings.
* Complete necessary forms based on client interaction.
* Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships.
* Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
* Transfer calls to appropriate team members
* Follow up with client calls when necessary.
*Key Competencies*
* Attention to details is a must quality for this position.
* Experience in client service or a related field.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Manage time effectively, adhere to timelines.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Force systems
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
