Customer Service Intern

Summary The Customer Service Intern will provide project support for the TMS Customer Service Department.
The position provides hands-on experience in an exciting team-oriented environment with exposure to other departments including Sales, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
This is a full-time, on-site internship for the summer of 2024.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Further document the company processes and procedures using process maps.
Update and/or create training documents and job aids for Customer Service operations.
Develop reporting tools for Customer Service team using both Oracle and Excel.
Execute RMA reporting, help with root cause analysis & plan to improve.
With support from the Marketing team, assist with streamlining the website onboarding process for new customers.
Assist with completing weekly customer open order reports.
List duties and responsibilities of each desk.
Update Customer Profiles.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements Graduate of or currently enrolled as a Sophomore, Junior or Senior in university undergraduate program.
Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members and other depts.
Flexible and adaptable Process mapping experience a plus Strong problem-solving skills Exceptional written and oral communication skills Excellent organization and planning skills Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
