Warehouse Coordinator/Truck Driver

*Job Summary – Warehouse Coordinator/Truck Driver* Provides excellent customer service by making prompt deliveries of customer orders.
Makes pick-ups as necessary.
Ensures efficient delivery and shipping of parts and other parcels.
Performs general warehouse duties and customer assistance as needed.
Performs all job responsibilities in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
*Essential Job Functions* · Loading, unloading and moving product at warehouse.
· Coordinates and stores product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements.
· Prepares product for shipment.
· Placing orders for product.
· Verifies stock inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusting entries.
· Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases.
· Monitors inventory by completing counts as required.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
· Accomplishes distribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
· Drive required distances to deliver product to mechanics and job sites.
· Load and unload cargo.
· Record cargo deliveries.
· Refuel and clean vehicle.
· Ensure fleet maintenance is up to date.
· Follow traffic laws.
· Inspect trucks and record issues.
· Follow accident procedures.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Employment will be contingent upon your acquiring a DOT medical card for driving our trucks.
*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (ADA):* a) Lifting: 50 to 100 lbs.
b) Stooping/bending: Frequent c) Crawling/climbing/kneeling: Moderate d) Reaching/pulling/pushing: Moderate e) Extended time sitting Moderate f) Extended time standing and walking Frequent *QUALIFICATIONS: *Minimum of 3 years of Stake Bed Truck driving and warehouse experience required.
Good computer skills with proficiency in Excel.
Excellent customer service skills.
PC literacy and experience with MS Office Applications.
This position requires an individual who will be able to make proper decisions on their own with minimal supervision and work with all levels of 3Phase employees and customers.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
