Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals interested in enrolling in our programs/services.
Guide prospective clients through the enrollment process, explaining program details, requirements, and answering inquiries.
Collect and review enrollment documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate a smooth enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of enrolled individuals and update databases/systems accordingly.
Assist in resolving enrollment-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective enrollees to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
Stay updated on program/service offerings, policies, and procedures to effectively assist clients.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in enrollment management, customer service, or related fields is advantageous.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks.
