*Customer Service Associate*
Lipper International, a third generation family-owned wholesaler, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Associate who is interested in advancement.
This is a full time position.
Our successful candidate will have a great attention to detail and be able to work effectively under pressure.
The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and to help meet and exceed external and internal customer expectations.
*The responsibilities of our Customer Service Associate will include the following:* - Order Entry and follow up to ensure timely processing and shipment of orders - General office work which includes scanning, filing, and answering phones - Improving the customer service experience and creating engaged customers - Keep accurate records - Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities - Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution - Help develop service procedures, policies, and best practices *Requirements and Skills:* - Proven working experience as a customer service associate - Strong client-facing and communication skills - Customer service orientation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Comprehension of office management systems and procedures - Working knowledge of customer service software, a plus - Time management skills If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you!
